As Ottawa faces a pivotal moment in its cultural and urban development, artists are providing frameworks for creative and community-driven change. Through Shared Ground, Arts Ottawa invites us to co-create a future where culture is recognized not as an amenity, but as a foundation for resilient communities and infrastructure.
